Respected sir,
I have paid online for my order I’d 15975972559310891M , 15960388949080356M and 15953996009026301M and refund of Rs 86.41 (24 + 62.41) , 541(518.50 + 22.50) and 76.59 (55.38 + 21.20) is pending to be credited in my account.
I have raised my complaints through email and service requests no are 0023373603 and 0022912664 which are closed saying that I issued has been resolved .
I have crossed checked my account statement and confirm that these amounts are not yet received in my account therefore I have requested jiomart to provide me the account details with other references so that I can track them further.
Further I also wants to know the issue why I have not received my refund after so many days and continuous reminders.
All the above refund yet not credited into my account.
