I have ordered Honor 10 lite mobile on 4th oct, 2019 and received it on 10th oct, 2019 and after 1-2 days it has problem of heating and hanging and on next day I have called the flipkart customer about the issue, they provide me solution to some settings to the phone but again it cause same problem. And again i called the customer care and after that they send their technician may on 14th oct, 2019 as record shows on flipkart apps and I told him that the more use of this phone is in night when I am free on that time. He check and I saw him the heating issue and he observe this but check the heating and hanging is still continue but he say the it is normal. And again on that night I charging the phone it got heating which my body can’t tolerate it is too heating and my hand burnt. And again and again I called their customer care but they didn’t reply and they didn’t solve my queries and on last call the executive rejected my issue and didn’t provide me replacement or refund. I told him that I suit case against the company as they make unfair trade practices. I put my last mail on dated 16th oct., 2019 and they provide me 19th oct, 2019 to visit the technician but they failed to do so. The below is the details:
