Dear Sir,

This is Regarding the Email dated 9th May 2023 for which i have not got any resolution till date. Kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

I have booked my flights and hotels with Easemytrip.

I have booked 3 hotels with Easemytrip, named Ashoka tree resort ubud, Bali.

I have booked it with Breakfast Buffet but I am highly disappointed with the property. Firstly, the gym is not working. It’s out of order.

Secondly the room is not ready, no toiletries inside the room.

Booked buffet breakfast but they are not giving the breakfast they just give one noodles and one juice nothing extra then it. Also they are not giving unlimited food. We are hungry and not able to get the food here in the hotel, which I have already paid for by Easemytrip.

Also booked a pool villa for one day which is today but they did not have the room.

I called 10 times to make sure the room they are saying just checking will call back but they did not. I went to the reception and then they sent the housekeeping then they made the room while standing in front of them. Pool is not clean for which I have paid them.

I also booked Aston sunset beach resort where they provide the buffet breakfast and all the toiletries and amenities which are provided by the hotel but here Ashoka tree resort ubud they did not provide anything and also no buffet breakfast and just half plate of noodles and one watermelon juice. nothing extra then it . I am highly disappointed.

Also there is no phone in the room to call Reception or room service. I had to go A long way to Reception to tell the reception for any of the things.

I am highly disappointed with the hotel and Easemytrip. Seriously, I came here for my honeymoon and Easemytrip and hotel spoiled my honeymoon.

I will not be using Easemytrip again and ever as I am highly disappointed with Easemytrip.

I have booked my flights from Easemytrip but I have got my bag defective at the Airport, I insisted to the Airport staff and told them my complaints but they never paid attention to it.
