We have booked a ticket from air India for a travel date of 1st april 23 to 14th May 23 with eticket number 0982162402174. Passenger name Sanjeev Shetty and veena Shetty
We have cancelled the tickets on 22nd April’23 through call center and they did not semd any email conforming the same. Every week we have been following up with Air india and they have been delaying the process. None of the officers were ready to provide an email confirmation or refund amount. No one even share an escalation email id. We had to cancel this ticket as the passenger(my father) is a cancer pateint and doctors have suggested to avoid the travel.
