I booked a ticket from Delhi to Mumbai for April 6, 2020. I asked for refund on Jan 12, 2021 after reading Air India refund guidelines. Since then Paytm is not ready to refund the money. Air India has already claimed on Twitter publically that they have already refunded the money. Please help me out. My PNR Number of the ticket is – YJT39
