My mobile number 09825170787 was apost paid number. It has been more than a decade I have this connection. I paid deposit initially to get the connection.
I changed it to prepaid from last 18 months as a result of unaccountable huge amount of bill each month. Since I changed it to prepaid I expect the refund of my deposit.
Which I haven’t received till date. On visiting branches near me I was told to go to head office. After coming to the head office I had a feeling that I have entered into a bank where I had come to ask for loan.
The vodafone customer assistant had a nice table with bar chair where as the customer had to stand and file a complain…
only one person was calling and rest 3 tables of customer service agents were busy chit chatting within themselves.. such a terrible experience of visiting Vodafone head office at Gunjan Vapi Gujarat.
