Dr Ankuja this side, regarding my program held on 12Oct evening,sisters baby shower function held in your Four Points Hotel by Sheraton,Nagar Road branch.
This is my second family function held at Four Points,and I was really disappointed by the service

Most of my guest approx 30-40 guest returned home empty stomach,even after spending a huge of 1,10,000 billing amount that night.

And the reason is one of my guest found a big worm in Tawa sabji,and that news went viral in on going function..and many of my guest returned back just by having some soup or dessert..

And the sad thing is that,the staff was settling that matter with my guest by offering him 5000rps voucher as a complimentary thing,and requested them to not inform us or any of our family member .

And when I asked them about naskedthe explanation they said mam we shall have a meeting with our whole team on Thursday in their hotel,CCTV footage is also a proof,in which they accepted their fault and offered me 40% refund on table..

I have a table audio recording also regarding the confirmation from their Director that it was Ter mistake
And their msg and mails

And since that day tey havnt transferred me d amount and yesterday I recvd mail that only 10% will be refunded.

My question to them was
Is thisquality food? In a 5 star hotel? Finding worm in food?

And you are giving 5000 voucher and taking full payment of in 110000 advance for this?

I have spent 110000 bucks for a worm in my food?
And was given 10000 on that day and was promised to refund 30% compensation for not making it viral???
Is it really just a matter of reducing 10000 from my actual bill..?

This is d service provided by the Grand Sheraton Hotel..

But I want to make it viral as tey r thinking I’m a common man,and nothing that affect Ter brand Sheraton..

So that the reason tey offered just 10% refund and wer not as per tey commitment on d table meeting as they know they have not given it in writing.

It’s almost 1.5months now,I messaged them ,mailed them,called them for my total refund.

And they requested my sister to take 20% and settled the matter,when we asked abut the compensation they said that is the maximum that can be done.

It’s just not a Matter only of money, but fooling people around and thinking what a common man can do..?and wasting our time.

But I have little hopes from your side? As I know I’m a common man,what can I do to a brand like Sheraton
