I had cancel the train booking of mine on Paytm on 23-1-2020 and they are telling they have refunded the amount to the bank.But I had a word with the bank atleast 8 to 10 times they are tellin that only that Paytm hasn’t refunded the amount and when I raise a query on Paytm they just message one thing only that refund have been proceesed on the same date but that’s been done yet from their side..
