I had book two bus tickets through Paytm for travelling from Delhi to Manali on 22/11/2018. On 22/11/2018, the Bus owner call me and said that due landslide bus got cancelled and you will get your refund through paytm. I call the paytm and email them for the same but they denied for the refund. I thought there is an mutual understanding between Paytm and their vendor for doing fraud their consumer. So request you to please help me in getting my money back.
