Since Msy 2020 my landline+internet from BSNL did not work. The Benaulim, Goa exchange gave me a cock and bull story about underground cable fault. In fact they had given my line to somebody else. So I cancelled. They kept charging me the full rate as before. I wrote four letters over three months to refund my money and leave me with incoming call package only. They started me with the new package and collect the monthly amount through previously arranged ECS but no refund to date. I calculate they owe me about 4000.00 rpi.
