Urgent!

I booked a ticket on 19-01-2021 from Toronto to Halifax for 2 February. My booking id is: NF28116212231968
On the makemytrip website, It is showing that your ticket is confirmed. Now all of sudden I got a mail saying that due to technical reasons, we could not process your ticket and are cancelling your ticket. They are saying that we will refund the amount in 5-6 working days. I have paid ₹ 67004 by credit card.

I am unable to book another ticket as the amount is very big. This is very disturbing for me and waste of my time.

Now, I expect from makemytrip that they should book my ticket in the amount I paid already. I can not pay another 67000 now. Or refund my money instantly (keeping the increased fare now in mind) within an hour by which I can book another ticket
