Text of Complaint by Heena Vaghela:

On 8th Oct 2022, I received a call that Grand Vivanta is completing 34 yrs and giving you the best package plan finally they succeed and I paid 102300/-. On their contract, it is mentioned that they have a cancellation policy within 10 days and I have opted for the same within 10 hrs as on the same day one accidental situation happened at my house. I am trying to convey to this guy to release my refund on humanity grounds but they are not responding.

Even at the time of giving me the Package, they have not mentioned that this is not the same as Taj Vivanta. HC also banned them to use the name Vivanta.
