Dear sir,
I have booked a flight from Visakhapatnam to Chennai on 2-12-23 and return on 4-12-23 with booking reference ID 22484204304. But due to cycloan at Chennai my flight from Chennai to Visakhapatnam was cancelled. When checked with airlines they informed that entire ticket amount of Rs.4,046 was refunded to Paytm on 10-12-24 but Paytm has not yet processed my full refund and it has been 15 days since my flight was cancelled. I have attached the indigo refund status for your kind perusal. Kindly do the needful and refund my full ticket amount as soon as possible…
