This is Vasanta John, I started to take the services of DP a month back. They haven’t refunded 1999 to me that got transferred twice. It’s over 30 days now, this is forgery in the name of fake promises. It’s utterly shameful callas attitude towards your customers. Kindly do the needful else will have to take strict actions against you.
You created a concept to reach out to ppl to quench their thirst, it’s a humble work however after having said that now I feel instead of making it a good cause your team is extracting money through fake promises, and then the people who trust your company you actually loot them.
It’s better to shut the crap down and let not the people suffer for water.
According to HINDU religious book ITS AN ACT OF GOODNESS, but i feel you only make filthy money by stealing money from people through fake promises.
You stopped my water because I didn’t recharge however did you bother to return my request on the 1999 extra that got transferred twice by mistake on the link your team sent me.
Mr Deepak – +91 88828 49080 who is one of the representatives of DP is too casual and did not revert me ever since and said that ” i was busy ma’am”. This portrayed that he was least concerned what has happened. He promised me a refund after 2 business working days now it’s more than 30 days. No credibility for their own words therefore bringing a bad reputation to the company’s structure who thought such a good source for people.
No wonder such companies die soon and get lost like fart in the air. I would not continue once I get my refund back
