I did an hotel reservation on May 31 for November 16 paying with my credit card. I arrived to the hotel and presented the reserve confirmation and the receptionist told me that the reservation Was cancelled on September without my authorization. I called to the customer service of the agency and told me that they send me an email on October but reviewed and I did not receive any email. I had to search other hotel on that moment. I have not received my refund at today, considering that one email mentions that the refund would be done later than 4 weeks after the cancellation.
