Hello,
I held a Fastag account with Paytm, however since I was being over charged I requested for cancellation of Fastag account. Paytm cancelled my fastag but have not refund deposit amount even after 1 year and numerous complaints. I have also complained to Vijay Shekar Sharma. This dude is least bit bothered.
