ON 30 SEP 2019 booked a train ticket for jaipur to delhi under your paytm failed transaction order no.9344983669, 01.42pm Rs. 487.01/- unfortunately, money deducted from my paytm wallect but amount not received back, as per you customer card person said check your bank where amount not return back as per bank, till date i am running for my missing amount no action has been taken please refund my untraceable amount, thanks
