Text of Complaint by Sanjay Prajapat:

We booked a car from Drivezy as we thought Drivezy is India’s largest vehicle sharing platform but what we experienced was totally opposite. We were shocked with behaviour of Drivezy executive and the customer care who were supposed to help us instead of mentally harassing us. While we were driving out car got hit due to which bumper got damaged. We went to the Drivezy executive for help. As per Drivezy’s rental agreement, a customer is required to pay maximum of INR 9,999 in case of major damage but the Drivezy executive asked us to pay INR 25,000 as security deposit as we were willing to get it repaired from outside. The Drivezy executive agreed that he will return the money once the car is repaired.After the car was repaired we went to the Drivezy executive along with our mechanic to ensure that the damage is repaired properly and is in line with the Drivezy policy. Once everything was sorted and the ride was ended, the Drivezy executive refused to pay back the money. They claimed that that the clutch was not working properly where our mechanic told that there is no default in clutch. The drivezy executive himself also checked if everything was in working condition before ending the trip. After the ride got ended, the drivezy does not have any authority to claim anything more than the billing amount. It all happened on 20 Oct, 2019. Now, it has been more than one month and we have not received our deposit back. We are mentally harrassed by Drivezy from last one month. Please help

Sir, I transferred the payment from Airtel Payments Bank to the wrong account, whose complaint I shared on the Airtel Payments Bank Helpline Officer and tweet, so far no response has been received and I am responding in a different way. Have you got my payment refund, I have got a Complaint in RBI too, it has not been resolved yet. It has been 5 months to get the payment
