Text of Complaint by Renuka Mahajan:

Since the 17th of February 2021 I have been immensely harassed by Amazon.in over a defective Apple iPad Mini sale made to me by their seller Appario Retail Private Ltd. Amazon Order# : 402-6639024-0257162 & 408-2500372-6423557.

They are delaying refund of my money of  INR 44900/- by sending technicians to me who either said the PIN messaged (Screenshot of PIN attached) to me was wrong or that the product was not working, which is obvious if they have sold me a faulty product, which their team member Shoeb, has acknowledged via email dated 20th February 2021.

I am attaching a picture of the condition in which I had received this Apple product totally tampered and dirty, which Apple has always warned their customers never to receive. After that their delivery persons/technicians have come twice and finally the product was returned to them on the 1st of March 2021.  It’s been more than 10 working days and they have still not  initiated my refund. For the last one month I have been on the phone with their team daily but they are just not getting this issue resolved. I can send you all relevant documents for your kind perusal.

Please put it on record that I had complained about this product well within the refund policy period and would like this issue resolved  & get my refund immediately.
