Text of Complaint by Arpit Choudhayr:

 have booked a flight ticket on paytm with booking ID 11235232762.
Unfortunately due to covid Pandemic, flight got cancelled. And Indigo supported in this case and refunded the full amount as soon as the flight got cancelled but why haven’t you refunded the processing fees, which is of rupees 831.
Why are you giving so much pressure on the consumer in this situation, If the flight got cancelled due to this covid situation, you should also refund the amount back to the consumer. If I would have cancelled the flight, then I would agree to not refund the processing fee, but if the flight itself got cancelled, then you should not charge this huge amount to the customer.
I requested you to please don’t make a business in this situation and refund the amount back to my account/Wallet so that I can book a ticket again.
