I made a booking in May 2022 last year and cancelled it after 2 days. They deducted 30% of the booking amount and the remaining amount they still did not credit to my card. I have been doing several follow ups via email and they have stopped responding. It is a terrible experience. I should have listened to my friends about staying away from SpiceJet.

I even attached my credit card statement to prove I didn’t receive any refund. When you go into details, you will see payment method as “juspay credit card” but in refund they have only done “JusPay”
