We have booked 2 nights at Cambay Resort udaipur through agoda.com.
booking is from 28th dec to 30 th dec for 2 nights with 6 adults and 5 children with 3 rooms.
we checked in at approx 8 pm on 28th Dec, after reaching hotel when we asked for hot water supply in the rooms then hotel denied as system is not cost efficient so that we can provide hot water in the morning by 7 am only.
Then we asked to help with the check out and refund as we can stay in such a place which can’t provide basic services.
then person at the reception said you can cancel or as booking is through agoda you can check with them only.
so we informed agoda and there standard reply we will get back in 48 hours as property is not responding .
So we decided to check out and move to some other place where we can get basic things.
after so many follow-up agoda has one reply hotel is not agreeing for refund.
