Order I’d:4565008338
Yesterday we have cancelled the order from Donne biryani restaurant due to heavy rain order was delayed hence we have cancelled .same was communicated to the Zomato they are telling that they can’t refund the amount. As a customer i have not received the food also I lost my money.
I am a regular customer but this i felt very bad service from them. How can they keep others money with them. Please check and refund the amount so that it should not repeat to other customers. As a banker money is very important to me even if it is a single rupee.
