I am writing you regarding a flight booking ,My friend , Varun Grewal made on April 19th 2020 for a flight from Paris (CDG) to Delhi (via Warsaw) for the passenger name(myself)Sukanya Dutta . This flight was due to be flown on Tuesday 5th May however was cancelled due to COVID.
I have contacted your customer support on SEVERAL occasions over the last few months in order to secure a refund which has been promised to me on multiple occasions. It is now over a year later since cancellation and I am sorry to say there has been absolutely no progress and I am beyond exhausted with this woeful customer service.
