I had booked return flight mumbai to Guangzhou dated 23 Jan 2020
And Guangzhou to mumbai dated 14 may 2020
For my uncle n aunty … They flied to Guangzhou but unfortunately pandemic happened and they had to fly back to mumbai as flight were open I tried re scheduling the 14 may 2020 ticket but was not allowed to so booked fresh return ticket.
Later as Rwanda flight were not operating I tried cancellation through MakeMyTrip en number of times but in vain … No one is available to speak as call center facilities were not available… I tried calling Rwanda they said connect with MakeMyTrip n vice-versa but still I am not able to get refund…
I tried cancellation from MakeMyTrip app from where I booked but they gave message saying specific dates for reversal but till date no refund… Amount is approx 35000/-
Attached is recent refund request but have done same many times
