I have booked flight ticket with Paytm. Booking id : 10278293892.
The flight was cancelled due to covid but I have not got the refund back, I had raised the initial refund request with Paytm on 2nd of feb 2021 but I have not yet got the amount back to my account, everytime I call Paytm customer service they give me new timeline to get the refund, They asked me to share my bank account details (which I did) stating that they will send the amount to my bank account and it will in 7days, Several 7 days passed,the last update was that I will get the refund by 10th of May, Today I called Paytm they said I have to wait till 31st of May to get my refund, this is completely unacceptable, why should I wait to get my own money back for this long when the ticket was not cancelled from my end and why should I call Paytm every week to follow up on the complainant, I have called more than 25times regarding this and no one is taking any ownership to get this fixed instead their only answer is wait,I want this to be checked at the earliest and get my money back to my bank account
