Ticket was booked on 23rd August, for travelling from Ernakulam to Mumbai for 24th August 2019. But train was diverted from some other route without even intimating me on my registered cell phone no. So I filed TRD on 26th August and have sent almost 9-10 mails for refund status, but still IRCTC is giving vague reply.
I have been calling up on this no. Ph 0755-6610661 but it seems like I am wasting my time and should go to consumer forum physically and better register complaint against IRCTC.
