Hi,

I’m ameen ahmed from Karnataka,

i booked air tickets for my brother and his family, they were having scheduled flight was from Bangalore to Kolkata on 3rd of March 8pm, they reached the airport at 2pm only as my brother is a handicapped person.

on the arrival to airport air India staff stopped them and asked them to go under a covid checkup costing 3500₹ per person, which is not at all mentioned during booking nor in the tickets, the situation was very hard as that handicapped persons couldn’t even stand they treated very badly with him, and he didn’t have that much of money 3500*4, hence he decided to cancel his flight. Paytm also insured that refund will be initiated soon, till now there is no sign of any refund. i called paytm several times but they even don’t know the reason for such a delay in refund.
