I had purchased a phone of 13999/- Rs as it was cancelled by me before shipping on 12th may and till date no refund has been made by them as they are giving fake promises that they had transferred and harassing me that you have to confirm your bank as bank clearly denied to have status of such transaction which has not been transferred.
