Text of Complaint by MAHESH KULKARNI:

I have made payment (by mistake) to citi bank credit card of Rs 52,506 on 31 Jan 2020

(Transaction ID is 003158733845) and given request to citi bank to reverse the same.

My Credit card bank has (reversed the same amount) and issued a refund of Rs. 52,506 on 6th Feb 2020. (Screenshot is attached for reference)

Same amount should be reflected in my UPI transaction
