Text of Complaint by SAHIL:
i’ve purchased 2 sweaters from club factory online through app in the pics product looks very attractive so i ordered 2 of them ordered id SO64548242 amt RS.1623.55. I received after 12 days but when i open the parcel product quality stuff was very poor so i placed the returned request on the same day i.e 23-11-2018. Next day product was picked up from my place. 5 days ago i received a message that product was delivered to us it will take 2-3 days to refund your money after a deduction of 90 rupees.Now it is more than a week but still i’m not receiving my refund poor service delivered by club factory. Kindly refund my money as early as possible.
