Text of Complaint by Rinkal Jain:

I received my refund of Rs. 383.50 in the form of Ajio Cash in ajio wallet for Return ID #RT41532749 but I requested to transfer that amount to my bank account on 27th of July, but I haven’t received my refund in the bank account yet
Please look into the matter and reply ASAP, because the money has been transferred from my ajio wallet, but haven’t received in my account.
I also mailed at customer care ajio and to grievance officer but they have not replied to me.
And when we call at customer care, the advisors never pick up the call.
This is really disappointing.
