I placed a food order for Rs. 357/- from Dominos through Zomato. Order was rejected but no refund was received. After contacting zomato help, they insisted that refund will be made by dominos and not them. Their agents Prince Malhotra and Ranjeet said they have escalated the issue and call back will be received from zomato. But no call was received. And they have been repeatedly saying that it was not their concern and only dominos can help in the case.
We then contacted dominos who have clearly said that issue will be dealt by zomato only because they did not receive the order and payment was made to zomato and not them so even they can’t help.
Now I have no option left but to complain here.
