I have ordered 2 similar sarees. But, I received only one that too with different color. I paid for 2 sarees but received refund for only 1 saree.

I requested them for refund. For past 15 days they are telling it will be processed in 2-4 days and asking me to wait. Some people in customer care say I won’t receive refund and some people ask to wait. I don’t know which is the truth.

Everyday I am emailing them multiple times, calling customer care more than 10 times,messaging them in instagram but they are not giving my refund (Rs 761 /-).

I have proof of Chats,emails..

I am very stressed because of this. It gives me mental pressure. Please help to get my refund.
