Text of Complaint by Anjali Desai:

On 29 July I made an online purchase with brandmart (https://brandmaart.com/products/) for a expensive perfume (order number #0DA2C11313574 ). The item delivered on 4 Aug 2022 was a cheap perfume which was not what I had ordered, The purchase also had a return policy of 7 days. I immediately raised the request for return & refund as the product was not what i had ordered.

Its been more than 15 days the status of the request is still open and not response is received against it. The customer support number ( Whatsapp +9180470109100) is also not responding to the issue.

  1. Please raise a chargeback dispute immediately. Any customer who does an online transaction can claim a refund of the charged amount from the payment gateway (e.g. PayTM, PayU) up to a certain period of time. Chargeback is the term used for such a claim request. The payment gateway will block the payment to the fraudulent vendor and return the money to the customer if fraud is proved.
