Text of Complaint by Salman Shaikh:

I canceled my order on ajio 16 October 2021, fully paid by credit card, after cancelation its been more than 10 days, haven’t received my refund, after complaining multiple time on ajio customer care still not response, all they mentioned is its initiated by their end, as i confirmed with my bank, my bank confirmed that refund not received, its not reflecting in my account,
Please guide
