7042717817 – account no for airtel Xstream Fiber … I called on customer care no on 27th Dec and asked to cancel the airtel Xstream instantly – Reason of disconnection – i was shifting to other apartment where airtel services was not available. Till today i have not received the refund more over your representative are informing that internet disconnected on 20 Jan instead of 27th Dec. Please process the refund from 27th Dec..

on 14th march received email from airtel that in next 7 – 10 working days i will get the refund . Kindly arrange call from senior

On 3rd april again received email from airtel that we will process your refund however till not not received the refund.
