I had ordered online Groceries from JIOMART on 16th Dec 2020, these were not delivered, mentioning reason as returned, but no details or reason for return of goods provided.
Its been 40+ days now that I have been following up for refund on JIOmart app, whatapp no, emails every 2/3 days but getting an automated reply from cshead@jiomart.com that “ “kindly allow us some time to ensure this is done satisfactorily and within the stipulated timeframe”.

This is becoming irritating now how long shall I keep following up for my refund. Can anyone help ??

No live person in Jiomart responese its all on auto response that you will receive refund in 2 days its been 47 days now JIOMART is using my money.
