I ordered the “Campus Men’s Everest Running shoes” from Amazon on 30th July 2023 for Rs.705/-. It was not fitting to my feet so I raised the return request. Pick-up happened on the 8th Aug 2023. Then I was been waiting for the refund.
After 8-10 days, I realized that Amazon didn’t refund my amount. Since then I raised many complaints to customer care. Sometimes they cut my phone calls in between discussions.
I discussed a lot with the chat agents on their chat platform.
