I ordered a refrigerator on the Samsung Shop app on 15/08/2022 (order id: 11354115417 ), the promised delivery date is 19/08/2022, however, I haven’t received the product, when I called customer support on 19/08/2022 they mentioned the shipment got manifested there was a pickup delay and ill be getting my product delivered in 48 hrs, to my surprise got a mail saying that order was canceled when I called the customer care for the same it got canceled due to late pickup and some technical issues and they mentioned ill get a refund within 7 to 10 working days, till today I haven’t got any refund and my bank charged me for the monthly EMI I made multiple followups with Samsung customer support they say there is a technical issue we are escalating it you will get a confirmation in 48 hrs, so many 48hrs passed no response no refund, because of it my card blocked by Rs.20000 since 15/08/2022 its almost a month
