Hi Sir,
I have returned three amazon orders on 12th, 14th and 16th Aug 2020. And they initiated the refund but refund got stuck in their payment system. I have raised the high level escalation on 19th Aug 2020 , every time if ask for the status they are please wait 5 business days. Today is 5th Sep, so almost 16 days completed from the high level escalation still no proper update. Please help in this regard
