I had booked a flight from Singapore to Bangalore via Agoda and the flight was VietJet. My travel dates was 4th November 2022. Agoda cancelled my flight due to technical issue of the airlines. I have called and emailed them multiple times and it has been more than a year now, but I have not received my refund.
Please help resolve as Agoda is not helping me. They have fake flights such as VietJet.
This is mental torture, as it’s a huge amount that they have been holding for more than a year now and because of the cancellation, I had to book another flight for double the price as my and my spouse visa was expiring on the 4th of Nov 2022.
On calling the airlines, they said that Agoda has a different cooking id, hence they won’t be able to help. I was stranded in the foreign land, I din’t have internet also so it was very stressful and mental torture for me.
I want them to refund my money, compensate for the mental torture and holding my money for 13 months and cover the charges that I paid due to the last minute cancellation.
