Firstly, I would like to mention that AJIO’s customer service team is extremely useless. Every-time I raise a complaint or contact the team for an issue I have to keep following up for months, literally months to get it resolved.
So this time I ordered multiple products in the month of July and the order was cancelled due to some address issue, and following were the issues I faced.
1. The delivery partner was extremely rude and indecent when he was informed that the order has been cancelled, even after telling that it was suggested by the customer service representative.
2. In the other order, one of the items were never delivered but was marked delivered to me, when I raised the complaint the team started blaming me that it shows delivered so you must have received it, it took me so many days to finally get this resolved.
3. The current issue is that I order multiple products and the order was cancelled due to some address issue and the products were returned but the refund that was supposed to be received by mis July has not been received yet. The total refund amount is ₹2393, which is still pending from last 2 months almost now and I’m tired of calling the team again and again and telling the same story. Every-time I have to narrate the whole story then a new complaint is filled and I’ve been told some new scenario. Latest one was that my order was delivered and when I said the app shows the return was made and refund has been initiated then the lady on the call paused and said let me check. Like seriously? They can say randomly anything to just close the case?
Now, after so many calls and emails they are sending me old reference numbers for refund and saying it has already been done, but in actual the refund is still pending. Latest picture is attached with the complaint.
