Text of Complaint by Daniel K:

I returned a defective product and Amazon supposedly Refunded the amount on 23rd November and as per the App and Customer Support Team. But I didn’t get the refund, so they asked me to raise a dispute with my Bank and provided email confirmation with transaction ID for the same.
The dispute raised by my Kotak Bank, was then rejected by the Merchant (Amazon) on 23rd January 23.
When reaching out to Amazon again, they are of no help and have asked me to raise the dispute again, with no explanation as to why the first dispute was rejected. And no assurance of any kind.
It’s been 90+ days now and this entire process has been very hectic and taxing. Also there is no resolution in sight.
This is a serious breach of SLAs and complete Deficiency of Service. Kindly help!!! They are providing false information trying to make it Bank’s Fault.
