Hi Sir/Madam
My name is Saurabh Sharma. I booked 4 Bus tickets via MakeMyTrip from Delhi to Nainital. Date of journey was 21 dec 2923. On the Eve of the same Bus travel agency informed that the bus has some technical issues so it won’t be running that day and they are providing refund and asked me to call with my booking agency to get refund as they have done their part. I raised refund req with MakeMyTrip but since it’s 4 days nobody has contacted and today they have closed my request too. I reached out to them via call via social media but they dint respond.
