How are you doing? Recently i ordered i got defective item, machine of
product not working,

Product Name : AmazonBasics Cylinder Bagless Vacuum Cleaner with Power
Suction, Low Sound, High Energy Efficiency and 2 Years Warranty (1.5L,
Black)
Nature of Fault: Machine not working of vacuum cleaner and product not
with good quality, i buy some other product,
Solution: Give us refund of not- working machine item
I raised request on 06 Oct 2020 for replacement order,

I contacted with chat support , Miss Sima canceled my order on 08 oct
2020 and said to me your refund will issued and your pick up for your
product on 11 Oct 2020 ( 07:00 to 07:00PM)
So please don’t trouble me, Product packed as it is With orginal
packing, i don’t used with non-working item,
So arrange pick up for this..
