I have paid via UPI Rupay Credit card and had to cancel the tickets. As per rules, one cannot pay into a credit card. As such the Paytm people has to refund it to another source. I have the wallet and the Paytm payments bank working. So how come they even give that option if refund is an issue? I have been trying to reach them but no live support and the AI is so limited that it is useless.
