I have ordered medicine (insulin cartridges) from Flipkart Health Plus on 29.04.2023 having order id – 11948698408. Total amount of this order is Rs. 4,088 and I have paid this amount through Credit Card. The delivery guy tried to deliver this order without keeping the insulin cartridge in icepack and then I have cancelled this order at my door step on 01.05.2023. I have called customer care several time and complaint has been raised from 01.05.2023 and also send emails but no refund has been credited since today (25.05.23)
