I had booked a bus from Delhi to Chandigarh on 09/04/2023(Travel operator is NUEGO) but missed the bus due to incorrect conductor number received on message, bus not arrived at my selected pickup point which is NUEGO lounge and somehow I managed to get the conductor mobile number from customer care but his behaviour is rude, it’s his responsibility to check all the passengers are arrived or not and call to every passenger 1 hour before but didn’t call me a single time.
After discussion with the customer care they have initiated the request for refund but still I didn’t received my refund amount.They are just continuously lying on mail.
