I had ordered dabur honey 1kg, it was delivered damaged, so i returned the product wanted for refund. The waiting period for refund is 14 days maximum, its 17 days now and I’m still waiting for my refund. When I’m trying to raise complaint, it is showing the product was not delivered, so no refund would be given. In the order status it is showing the refund has been initiated from their end. The customer care number is also unreachable, it always put us on hold for minutes and no one picks the call.
